If you are still receiving a message about cookies even after following all the steps in [link] or [link] and have even tried to disable your firewall or anti virus software with no success, there is most likely another cause on your machine for this issue. Unfortunately, in this situation there is little we could do to help you without being able to be in front of the machine to diagnose the issue.
